Took these heads to my machinist to have them checked over. He was pleased with the quality.. so while they were there they were port matched to intake manifold and also did some port work to these heads. All I can say is damn! Very impressed, haven't tracked it or dynoed engine but this engine pulls really hard!

Honestly I was nervous buying a set of heads off of shopify for my small block Chevy build. Turns out so far so good. The break in process went well and I've got about 25 miles on the engine so far with no failures. Not bad for under a thousand bucks

Watch the prices as they fluctuate wildly, but these can be anywhere from a good deal to an amazing deal. That being said, they won’t be flat, so expect to surface them. For budget builds, you won’t find a better bang for your buck.

Seems to be of good quality. I currently have 200 miles on this cylinder head after transferring the factory head's valvetrain onto this one while using new seals and gaskets. No internal or external leaks of any type coming from it. The intake and exhaust port's smoothness on this head were slightly better than the head that was on my engine.
