Before You Buy This Product, You Need to Pay Attention to:

NOTE: The printer must be disconnected from the power source before the print head is installed, otherwise it has the risk of causing the print head circuit board to burn out.

1. Protective Liquid Preparation
When the print head is shipped, a protective liquid will be applied to the print head. Before using it for the first time, wipe the print head before installing it. Just wipe the copper sheet gently with soft paper—do not wipe it with cleaning fluid or eraser.

2. Regeneration Process
During the regeneration process of the print head, the ink will be cleaned and the protection liquid will be injected. If there is no protective liquid, the print head cannot print because the pipeline channel is dry. If the print head can be detected but the colors are uneven or blurred, you can continue printing with ink. Print a few more sheets of paper and wait for the excess protection fluid to run out, then you can print normally.

3. Cleaning Procedure
If the printing effect is not clear, press the machine cleaning button to clean. The print head must be cleaned only when the ink cartridge is sufficient, or it will burn out easily.

4. Avoid Chemical Cleaners
You don't need to clean the print head with cleaning fluid—you can clean the print head directly on the machine. If you clean the print head with cleaning fluid or water and do not apply protective fluid, the print head will be completely blocked and become useless.

Before You Install This Product, You Need to Pay Attention to:

1. Do Not Inject Water
After receiving the print head, do not use a needle tube to inject water to check the nozzle or see if it is blocked. This is dangerous and redundant. Once the print head enters water, if not dried properly before powering on, the mainboard will burn out. Our print heads have been strictly tested and filled with protective liquid. Injecting water will wash away this protection and easily cause air blockage, resulting in no ink flow.

2. Power Disconnection & Proper Placement
Be careful when installing the print head. Cut off the power first and install it firmly in place.

3. Cable Connection
When connecting the plug cable, ensure there is no ink on it and that it makes good contact with the socket.

4. Steel Shaft Maintenance
The steel shaft should be clean and smooth. Use a paper towel with a small amount of lubricating oil to wipe it. Do not directly add oil to the shaft, as excess oil will flow to the print head and cause damage.

5. Circuit & Water System Check
After the machinery and circuits are correct, check the water circuit. First, verify the ink volume in the cartridge is sufficient. Second, check whether the cleaning blade and ink suction pump are dirty.

6. Air Discharge Process
The newly installed print head will contain air and will not print normally immediately. The printer produces perfect results only after air is completely discharged. Use the machine's cleaning function intermittently (2 cleanings at a time, then 2 more after 30 minutes). Repeated over-cleaning will cause ink accumulation in the cleaning pump, leading to color mixing, ink leakage, and waste. Finally, print more images to allow the print head to exhaust air during normal operation.
