Important Installation Notes
- This controller auto-detects 12V/24V/48V—ensure your battery has sufficient voltage for proper recognition before first installation
- Use short battery cables to minimize voltage loss and ensure accurate battery type detection
- Compatible with ternary lithium, LiFePO4, and lead-acid batteries
- Use only with solar modules; do not connect alternative charging sources
- Mount on a flat, well-ventilated surface to manage heat dissipation during operation
Installation Method
- Connect battery to controller (recommended: add an air switch between controller and battery for protection). LCD will display parameters—set battery type accordingly
- For DC load control: configure output mode first, then enable the DC output disconnect switch
- Connect solar panel PV to controller. When PV input voltage falls within the charging range, the controller enters charging state
- Recommended: Add air switches to battery, solar panel, and load circuits for enhanced protection
